Take a look at this crazy week!
Thursday, Feb 12-Met with our realtor to put our house up for saleSaturday, Feb 14- House officially on the market.
Sunday, Feb 15-First people to look at house (no offer)
Tuesday, Feb 16-Second person to look at house (they made an offer)
Same day- We counter offered
Wednesday, Feb 17-They accepted our counter offer
HOUSE IN CONTRACT in just a few days of being on the market; however, WE MUST MOVE OUT BY MARCH 7th!!!
Thursday, Feb 18-Appraisal done on home
Saturday, Feb 21- I get the call that it all FELL THROUGH! AHHHH!
The people that put an offer on our home has to back out because the people buying their home backed out, and therefore, they can't get a loan to buy ours.
TODAY.....HOUSE FOR SALE! Back on the market! SHEESH!
What a whirlwind!
In just one week, our house went up for sale, in contract, and then back up for sale!

What a crazy week! HOpefully you'll find another buyer that fast. Taylor is so adorable. I love all the pictures of her below. She is so cute!

Hey, how are you? That is awesome that you are getting ready to move back "west". Is Tyson already finished with school? Your little girl is adorable. I loved the picture where she was pulling her "shy" face.
