Crazy Girl

Grandma Gubler sent Tay Tay such a cute Halloween package!
The card even lights up when you push the button. Taylor is obsessed with candy necklaces, and she is going to have a ball playing with the rubber ball and spinny toy.
THANKS GRANDMA!
What's up with Taylor's smirky looks :)
And climbing into boxes?
Taylor is ON TOP OF THE WORLD!!!
Here is her climbing around the boxes, while I am trying to pack:

Love this Girl!

Why did the Chicken cross the road?

To end up in Summer's Food storage! HA HA HA!
Stupid Chicken!

Here are TWO pressure cooker's. I borrowed my mom's (at her Orem house) so we could get this done twice as fast.
Thanks to all those pressure cooking classes I took, It finally came into use today!

Friday Only, there was a killer deal on boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I have been looking for this deal to come all September, and it never did, BUT THEN Buy Low Market in Provo had the deal I was looking for! I was so excited. Friday only, $1.19/lb for a 40 lb box. Yes, you had to buy the full 40 lb box. It sounds like a lot, but it really isn't. So, I got myself two boxes and we canned the WHOLE thing today. (see above)
We ended up with 26 pint jars and 21 quart jars from 80 lbs of chicken!
YIP, we spent ALL DAY Saturday pressure cooking it! VERY TIME CONSUMING!
But so worth it!
I can't stand having to defrost, boil, cool and then shred chicken just to make enchilada's, chicken salad, chicken roll-ups, chicken quesadillas, etc...
Now, it is ready in a second!
GLAD IT's OVER WITH!
(Thanks to my mother-in-law who told me about this deal! She got a few boxes as well as my sister-in-laws)

What we've been up to in September

I'M BACK TO WORK!!!
I work as a dental hygienist at Ashman Dental just one day a week (where Tyson is a Dentist). I love being able to get away, and I'm sure Taylor appreciates it too :)
Tyson doesn't work Monday's, so he is watching Taylor that day. He really likes having one full day with Taylor, just like we did in Kentucky when I worked Saturdays.
On Tuesdays, I go in for a few hours in the morning to try and do some marketing. I am just learning, but we are trying different things to help build up Tyson's patients (clientele).
It is nice because Tuesdays are grandma's day :) We really appreciate Gma and Gpa Perrero watching her :)
Chelsea watches Taylor every once in a while. She loves to paint her nails.
Here is Tay Tay blowing her painted nails dry
We went and got Taylor her FIRST HAPPY MEAL at McDonald's!
I am a much bigger fan of Wendy's, though.
Here is Tay playing on the playground at McDonald's
Mommy LOVES to grocery shop, as you may all know,
so I have to upgrade the 'grocery cart' for Tay Tay to enjoy her shopping trip too :)

And sadly, sometimes Mommy goes to the stores a little too LATE! Tay Tay was so tired, she fell asleep in the cart (not such a good nap)! I AM A HORRIBLE MOTHER!!!
I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN! It broke my heart.
TAYLOR LOVES to watch her favorite video,
"Signing Times"!
They are the BEST!!! I love them even as a parent.

Enjoying mommies favorite treat, ICE CREAM!

My Little HELPER!
Tay helping mom pull the weeds (or play in the dirt)
And then sleeping on the job! :)

I love how she repeats what mommy does.
It's fun seeing her grow up and want to do chores
(I'm sure it won't last long though) :)

We finally gave up the bottle!
This is daddy's favorite time with Taylor! We are sad that she doesn't get to drink warm milk from a bottle anymore. She would drink her milk while daddy read books to her, then we brushed her teeth (of course, we are a dental family...) :) and then it was bed time.
Now, she just gets read to without a bottle.
I sure miss that girl obsessively playing with her hair as she drank her bottle of milk and looking so content.
But, it is time to get rid of it.
She is nearly a year and a half.
I always walk in and see Taylor sleeping like this ALL THE TIME. Sure doesn't look comfortable :)
My sister in laws signed me up to play on their bowling team!
Every friday, I go bowling in the mornings. The great thing is the free babysitting! Well, I still tip them)
And of course Taylor is upsessed with balls, she wishes she could play...but their just too heavy

I HAD A BIRTHDAY!!! On the 22nd, I turned big old 28!!! I am sooo OLD!!! AHHH!!!
I learned that one of my best friends had a baby boy on that SAME DAY! Yeah! Now she will NEVER FORGET ME!!! :) Ha Ha :)
Congrats Jessica!
Tyson SPOILED me for my BDAY!
He got me some golf clubs. I was so excited! And TOTALLY surprised!

We went down to St. George for the weekend and stayed in Tyson's sister's summer-home.
The plan was to drop Taylor off with my mom and dad in Vegas. They were going to meet us in Mesquite and then take her until they drove back up to Orem UT on wednesday. Well, we were on our way out of town and stopped at the gas station to gas up and Taylor THREW UP EVERYWHERE!!! I don't know what happened, but she chucked up A LOT! It was disgusting! So, we called Gma Perrero and Tyson's sister, Shelly, and THANKFULLY, it worked out for them to take Taylor over the weekend. I felt so bad though because she threw up more and had diarrhea and was super clingy and whiney! THANK YOU SO MUCH SHELLY AND GLENYS for taking care of Taylor so Tyson and I could enjoy our FIRST WEEKEND AWAY together for my birthday!

Saturday morning, we went golfing (beautiful weather and scenery)
I did not feel well either. I got what Taylor had for 24 hours and threw up :(
We relaxed in the pool that afternoon

Saturday evening, we went to TUACAHN! I LOVE the outdoor ampitheatre at Tuacahn!
We went and saw AIDA! I LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!!
Totally recommend it!
We were only the second row back! Tyson got us such great seats! It was really cool.
In the middle of the play, it started to POUR! The rain really wasn't that bad, but it delayed the production, and then it continued on.
Our house we are living in had this HUGE ant pile on the driveway! It was so wierd! I don't know why either. I couldn't see any food or animal. Oh well, I sprayed them really good and that took care of it.
DISGUSTING ANTS!
Tyson left hunting the night of my birthday (that's why we celebrated it the weekend before)
and he told us to come up and visit for a day or so.
It was about a 2 hour drive, but we had time and Tay wanted to see her daddy :)
So, here is Tay with Gpa Jon on a 4 wheeler! She loves going on rides!
It was sooo cold in the morning, so I bundled her up and gave her a cookie for breakfast :)
Hey, it's camping! That's what you do is eat junk food :)

All the boys were gone hunting in the morning, so I made us a fire! I was proud of my girl scout techniques :)

Tyson went with some other family and friends hunting and their young boys were sooooo good to Taylor. They loved her and were showing her the fly trap (liquid stuff in the container). She loved it!
Here is Tay helping Gpa Gubler pic apples from their Apple Tree in Orem and putting them in a box. She is such a big helper :)
Me and Tay met up with my parents, brother Kelly, and Aunt Kristine and went to the BYU vs Colorado game. IT WAS HOT HOT HOT!!!

A cold cold storm came through and ENDED our SUMMER! It started hailing, as you can see the white dots in the dirt here:
Well, that pretty much wraps up September.
We have been looking and looking and looking for a place to live and nothing seems to be working out for us. We don't know why and it is EXTREMLY frustrating! We just want so badly to settle in somewhere and feel stable in a ward, etc...
BUT, I THINK we are moving to OREM, UT.
We might be living in my mom and dad's Orem house until we know what is in store for us. Who knows, we might be there for 2 years or so. We just found out how much Tyson's dental school loans are going to be and it is double the mortgage we planned on having, SO... our only choice is FREE RENT (paying utilities, etc...) until Tyson's income goes up, which might not happen for another year or so.
Please keep us in your prayers.
P.S. I AM SO EXCITED FOR GENERAL CONFERENCE this weekend! I sure need the spiritual guidance and uplift right now!
