Best Friends Forever

Brook and Dave Rasmussen's little girl was born on Sunday April 27. We went through our pregnancy together and I am so glad that her little girl was born 2 weeks early. Now our little ones are only 2, 1/2 weeks apart. They named her Mia Kellee and she has so much color and hair and is soooo gorgeous! It is crazy to think how chunky Taylor has gotten just in the two and a half weeks and compare the two next to each other. Taylor and Mia are BFF (Best Friends Forever)! :)

Taylor is looking so much like her dad!  As she gets more characteristics, she is looking more and more like Tyson.  Tyson is very happy to know she resembles him, so now he can stop pointing out all the different potential fathers she might have. :)

U of L Dental School

My dad, who is a dentist, had to take a visit down to the dental school so he can write off the trip. So, Tyson showed him a bunch of cases and models that he was working on in his operatory.

Night Sweats

Has anyone experienced this after having a baby? I am sweating soooo badly when I sleep. And then when I take the covers off, I freeze because I am damp. It is disgusting, and super annoying. I don't know if it has to do with the hormonal changes or what.

Turkey Hunting

Tyson went this morning with his friend, Michael Collins, turkey hunting.  He got a great size turkey...and no, we are not going to fry it :)  He took it to get the wings and head mounted though.  SHEESH!  Just what I need for my house decorations.

Taylor's Professional Pictures

We went to the "Picture People" to have Taylor's first real photo's taken of her!  They are truly amazing! She is 1 week and 1 day old in these photo's.  I just took pictures of the picture itself.  It was tough getting the pictures started, but the people were so patient.  She was very fussy.  I had to feed her 2 different times (because she didn't get enough the first time) and we changed her diaper once between feedings and then she pooped while she was having her photo's done.  So, after 2 feedings and 2 diaper changes, we got some great photo's!  I guess that is why they left her diaper on in her naked photo...but I am going to go back to get a pic of her naked bum :)
