A/C cost $550

Our Air Conditioning unit went out AGAIN and so the guy had to come back to see what the problem was. Well, our a/c went through 2 lbs of freon in just 2 days. So, there was definitely a problem. He went up in the attic to take a look at our furnace and it had a huge leak and was spurting out fluid...so they had to order a part for it and will be replacing the acoil. Well, thankfully it is under warranty; HOWEVER, the labor will cost us $550. Good thing I will be working this Saturday to help pay for this :-)

Don't you love owning a house? :) We had a toilet go crazy on us that we had to replace, and the bill for everything when it was said and done was close to $450. Hopefully this will be the last time you have problems with the A/C!!! Stupid warranty not covering labor costs.

Oh that stinks! There is something about our builder's A/Cs, because ours went out too, and it's only 11 months old! You guys have a Ball Home too, right?
