The day of Graduation, Tyson was invited to an award ceremony. He received 4 awards, along with many other awards given out to other Senior Dental Students! I was so impressed! Tyson is so talented in his clinical skills! He is going to be a GREAT dentist! Good Job Tyson!
It was so nice to have Tyson's family here supporting him. His 3 sisters flew out and his 2 parents. His brother in-law, Tyler Ashman, wouldn't miss it either! Tyson will be working with him in Provo!
The awards he received were:
1. Outstanding Dental Student in Implant Dentistry by the Academy of Osseointegration
2. Outstanding Achievement in the pursuit of excellence in the undergraduate study of Esthetic Dentistry by the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, Student Award of Merit
3. Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Dental Anesthesiology by the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology (Horace Wells Senior Student Award)
AND
4. Oral Biology Award from the American Association of Oral Biology
